Alce Nero organic plum tomato puree is made from Italian tomatoes organically grown in Emilia-Romagna.
The tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September when they are perfectly ripe and are processed to preserve their aromas, fragrance and nutritional properties.
The tomatoes are washed, selected and steam-peeled before being pureed and concentrated. The product is then bottled and pasteurized to guarantee stability over time. Alce Nero organic plum tomato puree contains no additives or added salt.

Storage conditions
Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 3-4 days.

Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than an end in itself.
