About the producer
The turkey farm appeared in 2011-2012, with an investment of 450,000 euros, by converting four dormitories for seasonal workers, each of 200 square meters. Subsequently, the former canteen and kitchen of the State Enterprise became an abattoir line, which allowed the company to be certified and authorized to export its products to the European Union.
In 2014, out of the desire to create a range of turkey meat preparations without food additives and according to traditional recipes, an investment was made in a meat processing line. Now there is the line "GAMA ZERO" of boiled and smoked turkey meat products, of an exceptional quality created for all ages.
The farm produces 1500-2000 heads per series, managing to sell an average of 8,700 heads in a calendar year, which is equivalent to 100 tons of slaughtered carcass per year.
