Oropasso 2021 from the Biscardo winery is a straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections at the edges. The bouquet on the nose is delicate, dominated by floral notes complemented by hints of yellow fruits and citrus. The taste is balanced and fresh with mineral aromas, and the aftertaste is persistent.

Maturation: 5 months on lees in stainless steel tanks

About the producer

Biscardo is a family winery from the famous Valpolicella sub-region, which belongs to the Veneto wine region, Italy. Founded in 1878, Biscardo was the first wine house run by "Veronese" (from Verona) merchants.
