An ultra-fresh local product, harvested in the morning from the farm in Baleni, Dambovita county and delivered to the sezamo cold storage within a few hours of harvesting, Beets can be used for salad, fresh, ideally grated into thin strips, for preparing fresh juices (in combination with apple, for example, beet juice is delicious) or cooked (boiled beet salad, cut into cubes and "dressed" to taste with oil, vinegar and spices). You can also prepare a Ukrainian borscht with beetroot, a delight.
Keep refrigerated for several days (4-8 degrees).
