Composition
The active substances are: paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol and 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
Therapeutic indications
Revigrip Sinus is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (e.g., headache, sore throat, sinus pain), feverish conditions, nasal mucosal congestion, and nasal hypersecretion.
Dosage and administration
Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents over 12 years:
The recommended dose is 2 Revigrip Sinus film-coated tablets up to 3 times a day, as needed, to relieve symptoms. The minimum interval between administrations is 4 hours. No more than 3 doses should be administered in 24 hours.
Precautions
To avoid the risk of overdose, it is recommended not to combine with other preparations containing paracetamol.
Existing liver conditions increase the risk of liver damage due to paracetamol.
Caution is recommended when administering paracetamol to patients with severe liver disease.
It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. The risk of overdose is higher in patients with non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis. In the event of an overdose, it is recommended that the patient consult a doctor even if asymptomatic, due to the delayed risk of severe liver damage.
