FASCONAL PRO 10 FILM-COATED TABLETS

Composition.

The active substances are paracetamol, propifenazone and caffeine. Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol, 300 mg propifenazone and 75 mg caffeine. - The other ingredients are: core: povidone, microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch A, magnesium stearate, talc, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; film: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, macrogol stearate, titanium dioxide (E171).

Therapeutic indications.

Fasconal Pro contains as active substances paracetamol and propifenazone, both helping to reduce pain and fever, and caffeine, in a small amount.

It is indicated in adults and adolescents (over 12 years of age) in:

- symptomatic treatment of mild and moderate pain with different localizations, such as headache, toothache, pain during the menstrual cycle, pain after surgery and rheumatic pain.

- treatment of pain and fever associated with colds and flu.

If you do not feel better or feel worse after 3 days, you should see a doctor.

Dosage and method of administration.

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Follow the dose, rhythm and duration of administration recommended in this leaflet or by your doctor. By taking this medicine regularly, you can avoid fluctuations in pain or fever.

Adults and adolescents (over 12 years of age)

In adults and adolescents (over 12 years of age), one Fasconal Pro film-coated tablet is administered, a dose that can be repeated 3 times in 24 hours if necessary.

The maximum daily dose is 4 film-coated tablets.

Precautions.

Before using Fasconal Pro, talk to your doctor or pharmacist if:

- you suffer from alcoholism;

- you suffer from liver disease

- you have blood cell formation disorders.

Special warnings.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. The use of this medicine is contraindicated in the last trimester of pregnancy, and in the first 2 trimesters it will be done with caution and only on the recommendation of your doctor. Do not use Fasconal Pro while breastfeeding because the active substances of this medicine are excreted in breast milk.

Driving and using machines

Fasconal Pro is not expected to have an influence on the ability to drive and use machines.
