Ingredients:
1 ml contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg and ipratropium bromide 0.6 mg. 1 puff (approximately 140 microliters) contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 70 micrograms and ipratropium bromide 84 micrograms.
How to use:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults: One spray in each nostril, as needed, up to 3 times a day, for a maximum of 7 days. Allow at least 6 hours to pass between taking two doses. You should not exceed 3 daily applications in each nostril.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use the lowest dose that you need to treat your symptoms and for the shortest time necessary to achieve the desired effect.
