Use

Quickly prepare a delicious pasta sauce: put the chopped tomatoes in a little hot olive oil, leave them for a few minutes on high heat, then stir, add a finely chopped garlic clove and put the lid on, reducing the flame at the same time. After 25 minutes, add chopped basil, a little parsley, pepper and salt and the sauce is ready. It would be elegant to remove the peels with tweezers. Perfect with penne and a little grated Parmesan.

Storage conditions

The ideal temperature for preserving the taste of tomatoes should be just over 10 ° C. Tomatoes are not intended for long-term storage.
