XTRA MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SERVICE
This document sets out the terms and conditions of the Xtra Membership ("Terms"). It is a legal document that clearly defines the rights and obligations associated with the use of Xtra Membership – a paid service intended for www.sezamo.ro online store customers, which offers a variety of benefits and advantages to enhance your shopping experience.
Who we are and where to find ourselves
The www.sezamo.ro Online Store is available via the www.sezamo.ro website or the Sezamo.ro mobile application (the "Sezamo Online Store").
The e-store is operated by SEZAMO S.R.L. ("Sezamo.ro"), a limited liability company organized and operating in accordance with the Romanian legislation, with its registered office at 5 Linha de Centura Street, Ctpark Industrial Park Bucharest North, Unit J2, Room C9.1F.26, Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2024003334230, CUI RO50031526, share capital RON 45,000 ("Sezamo.ro").
These Terms are effective as of 14 April 2026.

1. XTRA MEMBERSHIP SERVICE
The Xtra membership is the key to a more convenient, cost-effective and faster shopping experience on the Sezamo Online Store. This service gives you access to a variety of perks that enhance every purchase – from exclusive discounts to priority delivery and special partner offers.
What benefits does Xtra membership offer?
Exclusive Discounts and products. With Xtra membership, you may gain access to special prices and products not available to regular customers. The current Xtra membership benefits include:
· 10% discount on private label products such as Miil, Dacello, Moddia, Pappudia, and more.
· 10% discount on organic products marked as BIO in the e-shop.
· Access to an exclusive assortment available only to Xtra members.
Delivery-related benefits. With Xtra membership you may enjoy convenient, fast, and discounted deliveries with the following advantages:
· Free use of the Bags service for Xtra Membership members. Xtra Free Membership and Xtra Trial Membership are not entitled to free use of the Bags service and their members must either pay the standard refundable deposit or choose delivery in paper bags. For details, see the Terms of the Reusable Bag Service.
· Free delivery on all orders.
· Same-day delivery guaranteed for orders placed by 5:00 PM.*
· 4x free express deliveries per month**, then at a discounted price of 19 RON.
· 4x monthly orders with no minimum order value for Xtra Membership members. Xtra Free Membership and Xtra Trial Membership members are required to meet the standard Minimum Order Value on all orders.
*Availability may vary depending on the delivery location.
**Valid within express delivery zones as specified on the Sezamo.ro e-shop.
Xtra benefits may change over time depending on the current offer. The current list of all Xtra membership benefits is always available on the Sezamo.ro e-shop. We recommend checking it before each purchase – the offer is continuously expanding.

Benefits may be provided directly by Sezamo.ro or in cooperation with selected partners. Their availability may vary depending on delivery location, product range, or current capacity.
All Xtra membership benefits renew at the beginning of each calendar month.
2. XTRA MEMBERSHIP
Xtra membership is a service that opens the door to a more rewarding and comfortable shopping experience at Sezamo.ro. It is available in the following forms:
1.“Xtra Membership” a subscription-based service available as a paid monthly or annual plan. Xtra Membership members enjoy the full scope of Xtra benefits, including the waiver of the Minimum Order Value and free use of the Bags service.
2. “Xtra Free Membership” a benefit granted to selected customers through promotional campaigns, CRM programs, or other non-paid channels at the discretion of Sezamo.ro. Xtra Free Membership members enjoy most Xtra benefits; however, the free use of the Bags service is not included in the free membership, and all orders must meet the applicable Minimum Order Value as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
3. “Xtra Trial Membership” a complimentary 30-day “Xtra Trial” period offered to customers to experience the Xtra membership service without commitment. Xtra Trial Membership members enjoy most Xtra benefits, including exclusive discounts, same-day delivery, and express deliveries; however, the free use of the Bags service is not included in the trial, and all orders must meet the applicable Minimum Order Value as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Xtra Trial
To help you try Xtra membership without commitment and find out if it's right for you, we offer a 30 day free trial period.
How does the trial period work?
The Xtra Trial Membership is available to all registered customers who have not yet experienced the benefits of Xtra Trial Membership. During the trial, you can enjoy most Xtra benefits for free, with no payment required upfront; however, the free use of the Bags service is not included in the trial, and all orders must meet the applicable Minimum Order Value as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions. At checkout, you can choose whether your order will be delivered in paper bags for a flat fee, or in reusable bags upon payment of the applicable refundable deposit. The rules for delivering orders in bags are set out in the Terms of Reusable Bag Service.
How to activate your Xtra Trial Membership
You just need to follow these simple steps:
- You have an active customer account that has not yet used the Xtra Trial;
- Log in via the page dedicated to the Xtra membership, select the type of membership (monthly or yearly) and enter your card details;
- Only authorization payment will be made for card verification – no funds will be withdrawn;
- Once the registration is successful, the 30-day Xtra Trial Membership begins automatically;
- If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing (except any reusable bag deposit, if applicable), and you keep the available Xtra benefits until the trial period ends or until earlier termination of the benefits.
- If you don't cancel, you'll automatically be charged a fee based on your selected Xtra Membership plan after the 30-day period ends.
What happens after the Xtra Trial ends?
Once the 30-day Xtra Trial Membershipis over, the service becomes a paid subscription under the Xtra Membership. Charges are automatically applied depending on the plan you've chosen – until you cancel your Membership.
2.2 Xtra Membership Plans
In case of Xtra Membership you can choose from two subscription options:
- Monthly Xtra Membership – with auto-renewal, a monthly billing cycle, and a price of 19 RON/month with VAT included;
- Annual Xtra Membership – with auto-renewal, an annual billing cycle, and a price of 190 RON/year including VAT.
2.3 How to activate the Xtra Membership
Simply log in to your customer account, go to the “Xtra Membership” section, choose your preferred plan, and complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, your benefits will be activated automatically and immediately.
Payment and confirmation
Once you've entered your details, you'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway to pay by card. If you activate your Xtra Trial, only an authorization payment is processed – no funds are charged.
Once the service is paid for, you will receive the invoice in accordance with applicable laws. The fee will be available at any time in the order history of your customer profile.
Can activation be temporarily unavailable?
Yes, if there is a significant increase in demand that could affect the quality of the benefits offered, Sezamo.ro can temporarily suspend new Xtra Membership activations. You will be informed in advance of any such limitations.
3. CANCELLING XTRA MEMBERSHIP
You can cancel your Xtra membership at any time – without giving a reason – directly from your account.
If you cancel the service during the trial period, no fee will apply. You will retain access to the available Xtra benefits until the end of the 30-day trial period. After that, the service will end automatically.
If you cancel after your trial ends, you can still cancel at any time. In this case, you will continue to enjoy the Xtra benefits until the end of the current payment period, and the membership will not be renewed.
The membership fee is non-refundable after the trial period, unless you exercise your legal right of withdrawal (see below). If you exercise this right within 14 (fourteen) days of the first charge, you will be refunded a prorated amount for the unused period.

- Or directly in your customer account by disabling auto-renewal – in this case, the Membership will automatically expire at the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling the service before the end of the paid period does not entitle you to a refund (except for those mentioned in the paragraph below).
4. WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT
Have you changed your mind? No problem. You can withdraw from the Xtra membership agreement without giving a reason – within 14 (fourteen) days from its conclusion, i.e. from the date the Membership was first charged.

What happens next
Once we receive the notice of withdrawal, we will refund the proportionate part of the amount paid without undue delay – and no later than 14 (fourteen) days.
By default, the refund will be issued in the form of credits to your Sezamo customer account. These credits do not expire and can be used for future purchases at Sezamo.ro.
If you prefer another form of refund, let us know – we will refund the amount by bank transfer to the account used for the initial payment.
5. LIMITATIONS AND MISUSE OF XTRA MEMBERSHIP
Xtra benefits are personal, tied to a specific customer account Sezamo.ro and non-transferable.
In cases of suspected misuse – for example, repeated registration to obtain multiple Xtra Trial periods – Sezamo.ro reserves the right to immediately terminate your Membership without compensation and block access to further benefits.
To use the Xtra membership , you must have an active customer account and a valid payment method.
In cases of obvious abuse of the complaints system (e.g. repeated excessive requests without good reason), Sezamo.ro reserves the right to limit or completely cancel this benefit – including the right to revoke credits granted on the basis of complaints deemed incompatible with the purpose of the service.
6. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
We provide the Xtra membership service with the utmost care and commitment to the highest possible quality. However, some circumstances are beyond our control and the following limitations of liability apply:
We are not liable for:
- The actions of other customers or the way they use the service or the e-store or other circumstances on their part;
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government actions);
- Technical outages (e.g. power outages, network problems);
- Suspension or limitation of the service due to extraordinary situations or temporary capacity shortages (e.g. caused by a health crisis or government measures);
- Content and display of third-party advertising on the Sezamo.ro online store;
- Unauthorized interference by third parties with the e-shop system or its misuse
Limited liability for third-party services
Sezamo.ro is not responsible for the services or actions of third parties that are not part of its organization – whether they are payment providers, couriers or other contractual partners. We are not liable for malfunctions or claims arising from their services.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
Legal framework
If the Xtra membership agreement or any legal relationship related to the use of the e-shop Sezamo.ro contains an international element, it is governed by Romanian law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under generally binding legal regulations. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Romania based on the registered office of the Sezamo.ro.
Supervision and authorisation
Sezamo.ro is authorized to provide the Xtra Membership service under a valid commercial license. The Company is not subject to the supervision of any other administrative authority except the relevant commercial licensing office. In case of complaints, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection at www.anpc.ro, the authority that oversees consumer protection.
Right to interrupt the service
Sezamo.ro reserves the right to discontinue Xtra membership service or the sale of goods and services through the Sezamo.ro e-store at any time.
Changes to the Terms
Sezamo.ro may reasonably modify or supplement the Xtra Membership Terms of Service at any time. You will be informed in advance by email or other appropriate means, allowing you to review the new version without unreasonable difficulty.
If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to terminate the contract with a one-month notice period, which begins the day after your notice is sent Sezamo.ro.
Separability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that best matches the original intent and purpose.
