About the producer

While locals of Caribbean islands, such as Jamaica, squeezed sweet juices from sugar cane to create molasses, fermenting and distilling to create dark rum, those in Cuba and Puerto Rico kept their liquid clear through a very short aging period after distillation. The result was a refreshing white rum with a subtle and sweet taste.
