Koska Classic Turkish Delight with Double Pistachio

As KOSKA producers, one of their missions is to add new products to their existing high quality products and to improve the existing lines in order to provide better quality and flavor parameters.

For this purpose, their food engineers and technical team carry out product research and development studies in Koska Halva Merter. Periodically, knowledge and experience are also taken from international technical teams.

In addition to halva, tahini, molasses, jam, Turkish delight and traditional Turkish desserts, as a result of the intensive efforts of food engineers, they have managed to produce light halva, Turkish delight, marzipan and jams using natural sweeteners. With the permission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the production of these "light" products began, together with the adaptation for diabetic consumption, allowing KOSKA to make a premiere in the Turkish and world food industry.
