Cantaloupe Melon

The flesh of the cantaloupe is deep orange, with a cavity filled with seeds enveloped in an equally orange mucilaginous mass. The flesh has a pleasantly sweet taste and a pleasant aroma.

Use:
Most often consumed fresh, without additional treatment. Used in salads, desserts, cocktails or ice cream. Seasoned with freshly ground pepper, it goes exceptionally well with Prosciutto ham. Due to its unique taste, it is excellent for preparing various smoothies.

Storage
If you want the taste of the melons to develop fully, keep them at room temperature.
