PANCAKE RECIPE (8 servings):
Ingredients:
50g Ketomix Pancakes | 300ml sparkling water / | 2 medium eggs | 50ml 15% sweet cream | vanilla, lemon zest (optional) | 1 pinch of salt |
Oil for frying (coconut, hazelnut etc.)
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Heat a pan and brush with oil (can be coconut, hazelnut etc.). Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. They can be filled with sugar-free jam or preserves, spreadable cream etc., rolled up and served immediately. Enjoy!
