Stage cereals:

First tastes (6m+) When you first start weaning, choose simple flavours and smooth textures. Like our single grain rice or Stage 1 cereals, which have a light and fluffy texture.

Exploring new textures (7m+) When your little one is ready to move on, try our Stage 2 cereals. They have a variety of crunchy clusters and soft pieces of real organic fruit for little ones to explore and enjoy.

Lumpy textures (10m+) As your little one’s food adventures continue, you can introduce lumpier textures. With rolled oats, fruit pieces and puffed grains, they’re a great way to encourage little mouths to start chewing

Store in a cool, dry place

1. Place 6 heaped tablespoons of baby’s usual milk, cold or warmed, into a clean bowl. 2. Gradually add 5 heaped tablespoons of Muesli, stirring as you go. 3. Stir until the mixture thickens. Eat within 30 minutes of making. If warming, always check the temperature before feeding. These guidelines are a guide only. You may need to adjust the amount of milk and Muesli to achieve the right consistency for your baby. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
