Cooking instructions
Fry the contents with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add 50ml of white wine and let it boil until it evaporates.
Gradually add, in small doses, 650ml of soup or water and leave on low heat.
Finally, mix with a little butter and then grate Parmesan cheese to give it a creamy texture.
Season to taste.
