Description
Tre di Tre Botter 0.75 L red dry wine, The particularity of this wine, obtained from a blend of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Aglianico, is based on its vinification method which involves the use of millstones during the fermentation process. These ancestral elements have been used in Apulia since the first winemaking experiences, and various archaeological discoveries have attested to their presence in the Salento area. Vinification is carried out using a technique called "Salasso" (bleeding) to extract the full potential of the grape skins. This procedure allows the concentration of the extractive compound in the red wine must by removing a part of the liquid composed of the combination of must and skins. Reducing the amount of liquid in contact with the solid constituents improves the color, the wine extract (mainly consisting of tannins) and the intense fruit aromas. The wine thus obtained is aged for 3 to 6 months; the malolactic fermentation is thus completely finished. A wine with a distinct personality, which is particularly rich in color, structure and aromas. The intense, opaque red reveals aromas of red fruits and jam that blend with sweet and spicy notes. It goes perfectly with first courses, red meat, and grilled meat.
