Salmon and Carp Roe Salad is a smooth cream of white-pink color with fine pieces of onion. It contains sunflower vegetable oil (RO) 50%, Salmon roe (Oncorhyncus Pink, Nerka, Keta) and Carp roe (Cyprinus carpio) 40% (in equal proportions), onion, lemon juice, breadcrumbs (product of dried and ground bread), salt, preservative (sodium benzoate). May contain traces of soy. Their consumption brings major benefits to the health of the body. They have a high content of vitamin A, but especially phosphorus. That is why they are recommended in nutrition for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We recommend that they be consumed on bread or as such.
