Beluga Black Caviar, Huso Huso, has a gray or black to gray hue and is highly appreciated by connoisseurs. The size of the grain is very large, over 3.5 mm and has a firm surface. The size is uniform with clean surfaces, without impurities or foreign bodies, has a moist, elastic consistency with a specific smell. The eggs are carefully selected for exceptional quality. The fish from which the eggs were extracted are raised on their own farm located in the Maritime Basin in the city of Sulina, Tulcea County. The fish were fed only with natural products (larvae, sprat, rice bran), as well as with ecological fish food. Females reach maturity only at the age of 16 - 18 years. We recommend that they be consumed raw, on bread with butter or as such. Their consumption brings major benefits to the health of the body. Caviar contains vitamins D, B12, iron, magnesium, vitamins A, E, riboflavin, calcium, phosphorus. Caviar contains substances essential for the regeneration and repair of tissues.
