Sole Dry White Wine Chardonnay

Golden yellow, **crystal** clear. Olfactory, very **refined** with a complex balance of aromas: peach, apricot, golden apple, honey, almond butter, vanilla and cinnamon. A **full-bodied** wine, with **intense aromas** and a long finish with notes of candied pineapple and oriental spices. The particularity in 2021 is the pronounced body and lower acidity. Sole Chardonnay will maintain its complexity over time and can be aged for up to 10 - 12 years

Less than 30 km from Timisoara, you can discover the vineyards of Cramele Recas on the hills of Recas.
Vines have been cultivated in these lands since the 2nd century, with the first documentary evidence dating back to 1447, making this place rich in history and viticultural tradition.

Currently, Cramele Recas cultivates 950 ha of vines, combining varieties such as Italian Riesling, Feteasca Regala, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Feteasca Neagra, Syrah, as well as local varieties such as Cadarca and Mustoasa.

**Storage conditions**

In dry, ventilated rooms, with a maximum relative air humidity of 85%, at a temperature between +5°C...+20°C.
