Costa d'Oro Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Costa d’Oro “L’Extra” is an extra virgin olive oil, with a delicate texture and a velvety, slightly fruity taste. It is the most versatile, being perfect for all types of dishes: risotto, pasta, soups, cold dishes, grilled meat and all types of vegetables. It goes well with any recipe from the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition. Attention: At low temperatures, the olive oil becomes denser and can form solid crystals, partially solidifying. Once it returns to higher temperatures (for example, at room temperature), it completely regains its liquid state. This process is natural, reversible and does not affect the quality or taste of the oil.
