Morettino Terrae 100% Arabica organic artisan coffee beans are a superior quality product from certified organic agriculture.
This product is obtained from a selected, pure and organic Arabica coffee, which offers an aromatic and elegant taste, where the typical spicy aromas of coffee from Berilo Mexico meet the refined floral notes of coffee from Peru and the honey and almond accents of coffee from Santos Brasilia.
The product is awarded with a gold medal, granted by the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC).
The origin of the coffee (may vary) is from Peru Chanchamayo, Brazil Santos, Mexico Berilo. The coffee beans were roasted using an ecological medium intensity process, resulting in a refined character.
 

Instructions for use

This organic quality coffee is preserved in a valve packaging that helps maintain freshness. It is prepared in an espresso machine.

Angelo Morettino's passion for coffee was born in 1920 in an old family spice shop located in the historic village of San Lorenzo ai Colli in Palermo. Since then, the love for coffee has guided the company in its search for excellence, never accepting any compromise on quality and respecting the secrets of slow and artisanal processing. A passion with very distant roots, full of historical, cultural, and social meanings that have always characterized the spread of authentic quality coffee culture in Sicily. Since then, Morettino's distinctive elements have been the careful selection of raw materials, slow and artisanal processing, and the art of blending the best coffee origins from around the world. The market response was significant, and the quality of Morettino selections soon became a benchmark in Palermo's bourgeoisie circles and in the first historic coffee shops of Palermo. Morettino has always maintained that innovation must be rooted precisely in tradition, so prestigious international awards, such as the numerous gold medals obtained at international coffee tastings, the quality award in 2015, and the 2016 nomination for the "Compasso d'Oro", today place the Morettino brand as one of the most important realities of excellence on the international coffee scene.
