Store in a dry place at room temperature. The product is preferably stored in covered spaces protected from direct sunlight, high temperatures and freezing, protected from dust and high humidity.

The beer manufacturing process includes the following technological phases: malt grinding, mixing with water, followed by the mashing process, saccharification, wort filtration, wort boiling with hops, wort inoculation with yeast, fermentation process, filtration. The matured beer is mixed with wort cooled to 80C which has been in short contact with the yeast and then centrifuged. The beer thus obtained is subjected to the vacuum distillation process and filtration through horizontal plate filters or candle filters, with the help of kieselguhr, and impregnated with carbon dioxide.

The product is a non-alcoholic beverage. The product is not intended for people who are allergic to barley malt (gluten).
