Edenia frozen fish is a 100% natural product (it does not contain phosphates, additives or other chemicals).
It has a minimum layer of glaze (0-10%) to protect the fish fillets from burns due to low temperatures.
All products in the Edenia fish range are individually frozen (IQF - Individually Quick Frozen). Each piece of fish fillet is frozen quickly, at -35 degrees, thus preserving its freshness, appearance and shape.
Edenia fish species are carefully selected from the best species internationally.
Recommendation: to guarantee the taste and authenticity of the fish you buy, always check the Latin name of the fish species and the level of glaze, which must be mentioned on the packaging.
Cooking recommendation:
Oven:
Place the Edenia trout fillets, previously defrosted, in an oven tray, sprinkle them with oil and season them according to the recipe. Then place the tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
Pan:
Place the Edenia trout fillets, previously defrosted, in a hot pan and leave them on the heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
