Zarea Royal Gold White is the only sparkling wine produced in Romania that contains edible gold leaf. It has a golden yellow color, crystalline, with elements in suspension (flakes/ 23K gold leaf). The aromas are of overripe fruits (pineapple, golden apples, cantaloupe and bananas) with delicate hints of caramel and toffee. The texture is creamy and tasty, slightly citric, with a delicate acidity and a long, juicy, lingering aftertaste.
Serving recommendations
It is consumed at a temperature of 5-7°C in flute glasses or transparent white wine glasses, to admire the fine bubbles and the 23K gold leaf. It can be garnished with fresh strawberries. It does not require decanting or aeration.
