Ingredients for chicken wings
- 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 spoon of sweet paprika
- Flour
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 750g chicken wings
Ingredients for crudites with cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 celeries, around 10 cm
- 2 small carrots
- ½ garlic cloves
- 200g Cream
- 1 radish, around 10 cm
Chicken wings preparations
- 1Cut the wings from the wrists and keep the rest for other uses.
- 2In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt and pepper and add the wings. Mix well and let sit.
- 3Heat the oil to 160°C in a pan.
- 4Cover the wings in flower and shake the excess. Fry them in oil until roasted, for about 15 min. Take the wings out and dry them on napkins.
Ingredients for crudités with cream
- 1Clean and cut the celery in 4 pieces
- 2Wash the radish and carrots and cut them above the celery.
- 3Add the garlic and mix with cream and chives. Add salt and pepper to taste.
