Ingredients for chicken wings
- 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 spoon of sweet paprika
- Flour
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 750g chicken wings
Ingredients for Teriyaki sauce
- 200ml soy sauce
- 110g brown sugar
- 1 spoon of coriander seeds
- 1 spoon sesame
- 130g grated apple
Preparing
- 1Cut the wings from the wrist and keep the rest for other uses.
- 2In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt and pepper. Add the wings and mix. Let the mix to set.
- 3In a pan put oil and heat to 160°C.
- 4Cover the wings in flower and shake the excess. Fry them in oil until roasted, for about 15 min. Take the wings out and dry them on napkins.
Teriyaki sauce preparations
- 1In a pan put 100ml of water and sugar and add soy sauce to taste. Let it boil until it reaches half of the volume. Take it of the stove and add grated apple
- 2Gently cook the sesame seeds in an oilless pan and after mix with coriander seeds in a bowl. Then we cover the cooked wings with the Teriyaki sauce and then we cover them with the seeds.
