1. Put 6 heaped tablespoons of baby’s usual milk, cold or warmed, into a clean bowl. 2. Gradually add 2 heaped tablespoons of cereal, stirring continuously. 3. Stir until the mixture thickens. Use within 30 minutes of making. If warming, check the temperature before feeding. These instructions are a guide only. You may combine the milk and cereal in different quantities to achieve the consistency that is right for your baby.
