Bio minced beef can be cooked in a variety of delicious ways.

Here are some common preparation methods:
Meatballs: Mix the minced beef with egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme or parsley). Form into balls and fry in oil until golden brown.
Cabbage rolls: Use the minced meat to fill cabbage leaves or vine leaves. Add rice, onion, spices and boil in a tomato sauce.
Stew: Sauté onion and garlic, add the minced meat and your favourite spices. You can add tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and cook everything together until the sauce thickens.
Lasagna or bolognese pasta: Use the minced meat in the sauce for lasagna or in the bolognese sauce for pasta. Add tomatoes, spices, onion and garlic for a rich flavour.
Burgers: Shape the minced meat into burgers, season to taste and fry or grill them. You can add various toppings and sauces to enhance their flavour.

Refrigerated product Class A. Storage temperature: between 0°C and 4°C. Cook before consumption. Vacuum packed. Colour and smell may be influenced by vacuum packaging. The product will regain its natural colour and smell within 15 minutes of opening. Consume within 24 hours of opening the packaging.
