Description
A wine with a typical geographical indication, Toscana Banfi, where the summer vineyards annually surprise the Pinot Grigio harvests that have evolved productively in recent years, to give birth to collectible wines, recognized for their excellence. Before the grapes are processed, they are meticulously selected, with only the healthy bunches being kept on the sorting table. Fermentation at a low temperature leads to the obtention of a natural effervescence as low as possible, and bottling takes place in just a few months, thus preserving the young character of the wine. It has a white color backed by superb golden inflections. At the olfactory level, it opens around a complex bouquet, from which the notes of pears, peaches, anise or honey are not missing. In terms of taste, this wine is transformed and offers particularly pleasant sensations, similar to crunchy fruits full of freshness.
