Dissolve 100 g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. For a pronounced balneal effect, dissolve about 500 g in a bathtub. The procedure is carried out daily or every other day, for 10-20 minutes, at a water temperature of 35-39 °C. A course of 10-15 procedures is recommended.
