More than 100 years ago, farmers from Vipiteno had an innovative idea: to collect milk from the surrounding farms, process it and market it. The road was long and there were difficulties, but thanks to their commitment, the farmers from Vipiteno managed to establish the Vipiteno Dairy Cooperative. This is how the idea of creating a market based on products derived from our white gold: milk was born.
