About the producer

In the Friddi laboratory, the finest ingredients in the world are transformed into a selection of artisanal and natural gelato and sorbetto.

The sorbetto range includes fruit varieties, such as mango with passion fruit, strawberries, apricots, berries, lemon, but also chocolate - all vegan, without lactose, eggs or other ingredients of animal origin and without gluten.

At Friddi, special attention is paid to chocolate, so the producer brought Domori chocolate to Romania for the first time, a brand recognized for its mission to save the rarest varieties of cocoa and the first company in the industry to control the quality of the entire supply chain, starting with cocoa plantations in Central and South America to the final production of the chocolate bar (bean-to-bar).

The Friddi menu also includes tiramisu and affogato, an iconic preparation based on espresso and vanilla gelato, and the drinks menu includes specialty coffee and prosecco.

Friddi is a Romanian brand, born out of a passion for artisanal ice cream and out of respect for the best ingredients that nature can offer us.
