Description
Cosmopor Advance – Self-adhesive dressing on a non-woven material support and absorbent pad with DryBarrier technology. The wound contact layer is made of a fine polyethylene mesh, which prevents sticking to the wound; a transfer layer passes the exudate to the absorbent layer and keeps it there to prevent it from passing back into the wound.
Cosmopor Advance has an exceptional absorption and retention capacity, with an additional cushioning effect; it is gentle on the skin due to the hypoallergenic synthetic adhesive.
