INGREDIENTS:
100% undiluted sea water. HUMER Adult nasal hygiene isotonic, sterile solution, preservative-free.
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
• 1 spray in each nostril 2-3 times a day before meals
• Tilt your head to one side, carefully insert the dosing pump into the nostril and spray for 2-3 seconds.
• Repeat this process for the other nostril with your head tilted to the opposite side.
• Blow your nose to remove mucus. Wipe with a tissue.
