Description:
Parasinus is indicated in:
- prophylaxis and treatment of allergic and vasomotor nasal mucosa inflammation (rhinitis) and for the symptomatic treatment of common cold and flu (for the relief of sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and sinus congestion, fever, headache, watery eyes, muscle pain and sinus pain) and for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain with various localizations: headaches, sore throat, joint or back pain, dental pain, menstrual pain, neuralgia, migraines.
Paracetamol is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and as an antipyretic. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces rhinorrhea and nasal congestion.
Chlorphenamine potentiates the effects of pseudoephedrine and induces an improvement in nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, and sneezing due to its effects of reducing mucous secretions.
Ingredients:
- The active substance is paracetamol. Each tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol, in the form of paracetamol DC 555.55 mg.
- The other components are: povidone K 30, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, propyl hydroxybenzoate (E216), ethyl hydroxybenzoate (E214).
Method of administration:
Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over: 1-2 Parasinus tablets every 4 or 6 hours, as needed. The maximum daily dose is: 8 tablets in 24 hours. The minimum dosing interval is 4 hours.
- Children under 12 years: Not recommended for children under 12 years of age except on medical advice.
- In case of renal insufficiency with creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min, the interval between 2 doses must be at least 8 hours.
If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
If symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days of treatment, the clinical situation should be re-evaluated.
