Method of administration: Adults and children over 1 year: initially 1 sachet per day and up to 4 per day, if needed. One sachet is sufficient for repeated daily use, but more sachets can be consumed per day. Consume a sufficient amount of water with this food supplement. Can be used concomitantly with medicines or food supplements for regulating delayed intestinal transit.

Fructo-oligosaccharides may initially cause flatulence and/or bloating in some people. These unpleasant effects are temporary and will disappear after the body adapts to their use. If side effects persist for more than 3-4 days, reduce the dose of Optibac Bifidobacteria & Fibre.
Store at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C, in a dry place away from moisture. Refrigeration is not required.
