Lecithin is a complex mixture of different phospholipids that enter the structure of cell membranes, including nerve and brain membranes, and gives them specific physical and mechanical properties.

Lecithin intake is the basis for the construction of cell membranes. Why are cell membranes so important? Because their physical properties are essential for the way the nerve signal circulates along the nerve fibers and for the communication between neurons at the synapses.

Also, the water-soluble vitamins of the B complex are essential for the development of numerous processes in the body. However, they cannot be stored for a long time and, therefore, a correct and constant intake is essential.

B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin) contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B1 and Folic Acid contribute to maintaining mental health.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and, together with Niacin and Folic Acid, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

The intake of Omega-3 fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is also important for the health and well-being of the body.

The brain contains 10-12% lipids, of which approximately 35% are represented by polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega-3, Omega-6). DHA contributes to maintaining the normal function of the brain, under conditions of a daily consumption of 250 mg.

Vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Zinc, which contributes to normal cognitive function.

Copper, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Administration

It is recommended 1 capsule/day, unchewed, during or immediately after a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid. In situations that require cognitive function and a strong nervous system, the dose can be increased to 2 capsules/day, in the case of adults.
