Very important! Breast milk is the best food for your baby. The Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization recommend exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to 6 months of age. Store in a cool, dry place

Per serving: 2 heaped teaspoons (9g) of Humana Breastfeeding Tea in 200ml of water (1 teaspoon in 100ml of water). Always prepare the tea on the spot. Do not add sugar!

Preparation instructions:

1. Put 200ml of hot, previously boiled water in a clean cup.
2. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of granulated tea to 200ml of water and stir.
3. Let the tea cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C)
