Make sure your hands are properly sanitized so as not to introduce bacteria with the tampon.
Tear open the tampon packaging and remove only the bottom part. Gently push your finger into the woven end of the tampon, enough so that it "hugs" your finger very slightly.
With the tampon thus fixed on your finger, identify the entrance to the vagina, remove the top part of the packaging as well and, relaxing the vaginal muscles, gently insert the tampon. For wearing comfort, make sure your finger goes about 2 cm into the vagina, along with the tampon.
Leave the string out and don't forget to change the tampon after 4 hours!
