Cooking recommendation
Without prior defrosting
In the oven: Remove the meatballs from the tray, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place them in a preheated conventional gas or electric oven at 190°C. Keep at this temperature for about 10 minutes.
Microwave oven: Place the product on a plate and set the oven to 2.5 min. and 800W.
