Red Pomelo

The peel is not intended for consumption!

In the first part of the season (October - November), the peel of this fruit is thicker but fluffy. The fruit can be more difficult to peel and drier than in the middle of the season (December - February).

Pomelo is one of the original citrus species from which cultivated citrus fruits have been hybridized. It is slightly sweet, refreshing and its smell fills the room. It is ideal for a healthy and nutritious snack.

Use:
Ideal for fresh juices or to be consumed raw. It can be added to salads or in certain Asian recipes.

Storage:
In a cool place, away from sunlight.
