You can heat them in the microwave, in their unopened packaging, or in the classic oven, after removing them from the packaging and placing them in a heat-resistant container.
They can be heated: in the microwave oven - do not remove the foil, 1 min. at 800W; in a conventional oven - transfer to a heat-resistant container and place in the oven.

Store at 0-4 °C. Consume immediately after opening. Ready-to-eat product.
