Apply a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding the water in your mouth for 20-30 seconds. It is recommended to use the toothpaste at least twice a day, in the morning and evening or after each meal.
