Blue Dragon Coconut Milk

Blue Dragon Coconut Milk is made from carefully selected ripe coconuts. Once the outer shell and coconut water have been removed, the flesh is pressed to extract a creamy liquid. This creamy liquid mixed with water is known in South East Asia as coconut milk.

Coconut milk is a key ingredient in Thai, Indian and Caribbean cooking and can be used to add a subtle coconut flavour to both sweet and savoury dishes. Coconut milk can be added to hot curries to reduce their heat or to add flavour and a creamy texture to dishes.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5-25 degrees Celsius.
