Oleum Crete Bio oils have an extremely delicate taste, and the acidity does not exceed 0.3% oleic acid per 100 g of product.
The oils are produced in the Messara region, in the south of the island of Crete, and have Protected Designation of Origin (Mesara PDO).
An oil with a delicate, fruity taste and a golden green color. The processing method is cold pressing in factories certified to the highest international standards of health and food safety.
Oleum Crete Bio oils come from a small group of organic olive oil producers and hold quality certificates from TUV Austria.
