A quarter of St. Louis Premium Kriek is Obacinska krieken cherry juice. The cherries are first soaked in gueuze for six months. In terms of bouquet and tasting, this beer has a very pleasant smell, with a wide range of nuances starting with cherries, towards tones of candied fruit, fine cake and flowers.
