Corcova Chardonnay Dry White Wine 

The aromas are **intense** with **apricot** and **peach**, subtly complemented by **accents** of **sweet almonds and brioche**. A white monocepage, fresh yet **creamy** (it has not been in contact with wood), lively and with final notes of exotic fruits. The proverbial long-distance wine.

Instructions for use

Bottle position laid down, protected from direct light at a temperature of approximately 12-14 °C and a humidity of 50%-70%.
Serve at the correct temperature depending on the wine variety, and in the glass and decanter (if applicable) recommended by the sommelier. Consumption temperature: +6°C...+15°C

About the producer

“Wine is life,” said the Roman writer Petronius. It's a quote that here, at Corcova, people hold dear. For the Roy & Damboviceanu team, wine means the continuation of a tradition with the aroma of nobility and adventure, but also work, investment, risk; it means a beautiful life, with a history appreciated at its true value and with a future that is built every day and aspires to match the past.

The Corcova Roy & Damboviceanu vineyard currently covers 70 hectares where the traditional local varieties have been replanted, existing since the time of the Bibesti estate, included in the authorized DOC Mehedinti-Corcova varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Feteasca Neagra, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, as well as a new variety, Syrah.

We believe that wine is more than what you drink and savor. It carries an undeniable sense of place, and the French even have a word for it: it's called terroir.

Storage conditions

In dry, ventilated rooms, with a maximum relative air humidity of 85%, at a temperature between +5°C...+20°C.
