Pan: Rinse frozen fillets in lukewarm water, then pat dry with a paper towel. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the fish over medium heat for approximately 9 minutes, turning several times during frying.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 230°C. You can line the baking tray (you can use baking paper). Bake for 25 minutes (22 minutes in a fan oven).
