Fasoli Gino Lugana white wine 0.75 L, Lugana is produced from Turbiana grapes. A type of grape with unique characteristics, grown on a soil with a certain clayey composition, mainly calcareous and rich in mineral salts. The exceptional temperate climate of Lake Garda is capable of offering that typical floral freshness to this unique wine. The pressing of the whole bunch is light and soft. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aging in glass releases all the minerality, typical of the soil. Lugana has a light straw yellow color, with green nuances and has delicate floral aromas, as well as hints of exotic fruits, citrus and bitter almonds. The taste is fresh, full-bodied, has a good acidity and a balanced structure. The finish is elegant and long. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, it is excellent for appetizers and light dishes, pasta and rice.
