Ardo ECO Frozen Cauliflower

Product from organic farming. Rapidly frozen product. Cook before consuming, either by boiling or in the microwave oven.

Cooking instructions
 

Boiling: Put the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to a boil. Frozen vegetables do not need to be cooked as long as fresh ones, because they are pre-cooked. Drain and season to taste.

In the microwave oven: Put the desired quantity of product in a heat-resistant container, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.

Storage conditions

Store at -18°C. Consume preferably before the end of the period mentioned on the packaging.
